Detective Mark Penn

Mark began his career in public service as a dispatcher for the
New Richmond Police Department in 1978. He attended the Norwood Police Academy
in 1981 and upon his graduation, became a police officer for the Village of New
Richmond. In 1985, Mark worked as a Corrections Officer at the Clermont County
Jail and later worked as a road patrol deputy, DARE officer, and detective at
the Clermont County Sheriff's Office. Mark was employed by the Goshen Township
Police Department as a detective in January of 2006. Mark has been the
recipient of numerous awards for his work, including: 1990 Officer of the Year,
Clermont County Bar Association, 1993 DARE Officer of the Year, 1998
Accomodation Award, FBI, 1999 Accomodation Award, State of Ohio, 1999 Criminal
Investigator of the Year, Clermont County Bar Association, 2003 Criminal
Investigator of the Year, Clermont County Bar Association

Mark enjoys spending time with his family and camping in his free time.
