Officer James McFarland 

James began employment with Goshen Township in 1998 as a police officer. He left for a few years joining the Miami Township Police Department and then returned to Goshen. James attended the University of Cincinnati from 1994 to 1996 where he majored in Criminal Justice. He is a Milford High School Graduate and attended the Dee Russell Lee Peace Officer's Training Academy in 1998
